I was recommended to come try this bakery and coffee shop! First experience was the absolute best. Drinks are amazing, staff even more amazing and the food…. Absolutely amazing. I told the owner and friends if the cheesecake were to fall on the floor I’d still eat it. Also told my kids if they dropped it outside they better pick it up so we can get the gravel off of it to eat 😂 in all seriousness I have almost come to this bakery once a week since and that was in October 2024. I have missed a couple times but the Turkey and provolone is probably my absolute favorite. It’s so fresh and the bread.. omg the bread! It’s sooo soft. It’s kid friendly and a very comfortable and calming inside. I have gone in bought a treat and legit sat there and enjoyed the music and calming atmosphere.
What an amazing,delicious an overall delightful experience! This was my third time dining in and I'm hooked on the Ham and cheese Zombie! A most try!! I'm an Fan for life! Most definitely an 5 star experience for there Food,Atmosphere and there incredible friendly customer service. I extremely highly recommend . Hands down the best bakery I've ever experienced. Truly an diamond for our tricity area. Thank you again Rise and Shine Bakery! I'll be back soon!!
This place is amazing! A perfect spot to get something delicious while enjoying Downtown Kennewick. The people are great, and I have never had anything here that was less than spectacular. The tomato soup is one of my favorites, the Korean buns are unbelievable and the Cubano sandwich is transcendent. Oh! And their baked goods are scrumptious. I’m telling you, just come here, you will find something that will make your heart smile (alongside your mouth & tummy!).
11/10 this place goes above and beyond. I came into the shop with a big ask (8 six-inch cakes) about two weeks in advance for my birthday party. I decided I wanted to have a cake decorating party but the issue I ran into was that I waited a bit too long for such a big order, and other cake shops wouldn’t offer the frosting or tips for the bags. UNTIL I walked into Rise and Shine. Not only did the owner she say she could make the cakes that I wanted, provide all of the frosting, but she also helped provide the tips for decorating and gave me NINE different frosting colors! She made me chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry cakes and they were incredibly well done. The cake was moist, the frosting was an amazing consistency, and the cakes tasted wonderful. Thank you all so much!!
Went on a mommy and son date and found this cute little shop! The vibe was wonderful, the food and drinks were delicious and the staff were so sweet. Totally recommend for a cute local spot!
The slice of blackberry pistachio cheesecake I received from rise and shine is a literal slice of heaven. AMAZING. Every bite of this cheesecake made me smile. If you haven't gone here yet you are missing out!!! I've added a picture for your viewing pleasure. Too bad you can't taste with your eyes.
If you’re looking for the cutest place with the most delicious drinks, food & treats, Rise and Shine is it! What I love about her cinnamon rolls & cookies is you can taste each and every ingredient.They’re baked fresh & with love! I recently purchased cookie boxes as Christmas gifts and they were beautifully boxed & each cookie tasted incredible. Each recipient raved about the quality, taste and variety! Hands down, their cheese zombie is the best around! I’ve tried a few others and they just didn’t bring back the school nostalgia like Rise & Shine. Wonderful small/family run business!
In a sea of underwhelming chain establishments, Rise & Shine stands out as an exciting local bakery that offers a delicious seasonal menu and comforting sense of community that I want to see more of in the Tri Cities. They've accommodated an incredible custom cupcake order for my niece's baby shower, and I think I can say with certainty that their Cubano sandwich is the best I've ever had. Anna Lee is a delightful human/genius baker and should be praised for her impact on the downtown Kennewick scene. I also want to give a shout out to their talented head chef, Steve, for providing a continually impressive element to their menus. If you haven't found his food cart spots (Smokin' Boar Sausages) or unique pop up restaurants in the wild, please keep looking. 11/10
Delicious food items to eat inside or take out for lunch. Pastries look amazing. Tried one (mixed berry coffee cake). They use glassware for coffees and carry heavy cream. My Americano was hot and delicious.
Mmmm everything we’ve ever eaten here has been delicious! Their Sunday burritos, their biscuits & gravy, monthly coffee specials, gallettes, cheesecake, cookies, scones, Korean garlic buns, jalapeño mac n cheese, and zombies - ALL phenomenal. Pictured is the yummy cheese cave inside the chicken bacon ranch zombie. Delicious! Stop by for savory or sweet and some caffeine!
